Find your OM at HOME with us through online classes!

ACCESSING ONLINE CLASSES

  • All live-stream classes are hosted through Zoom.
  • Register for the class of your choice online. 
  • As soon as you register for class you will be receive an email with a password to log into Zoom (passwords will change for every class). If you don't see the email, check your junk/spam folder.
  • If you have any issues with the password or logging in for your registered class, please email us at info@libertylifeyoga.com.
  • Set up your display (phone / tablet / computer / smart TV), so that the teacher can easily view your postures during the practice. You are welcome to turn off the camera, but the visual helps the teacher instruct class much like a "live" one.​​

TYPES OF CLASSES

Whether you're looking to stretch, sweat, or restore, we have a class for you! 
​We cater to all levels, and pride ourselves on having inclusive & accessible classes. 
​
LIGHT FLOW
Move through basic poses in a slow flow. Within this class, there is an emphasis on proper alignment and activation of muscle groups.
STRETCH & RESTORE
This class moves through basic poses to encourage the release of muscle tension with a focus on alignment and breath. Movement, meditation and restoration are key in this class!
FIRE FLOW
Balancing movement with breath, this flow-based class will leave you feeling energized and mentally focused. This class will activate internal heat and can include quicker movement.

HITT CARDIO
The ultimate workout fusion class that integrates core, cardio, and co-ordination! You will challenge and strengthen your body and mind; exercises inspired by yoga, stretch and core work - leaving you feeling accomplished and energized!
PILATES
This class will start off with small, slow and gentle movements and builds into a strong and fiery class targeting arms, thighs, bum and abs. You will work your body in new ways to challenge your balance and strengthen muscles throughout your body.
CORE FLOW
Core flow is designed to increase strength and elasticity by combining the mind-body connection of yoga, and faster paced postures (similar to those found in Pilates classes).
