You may have heard about people taking private yoga classes, or even considered taking them yourself. We are often asked why people would choose to do private classes and what the benefits are.
Perhaps one of the best things about private yoga, is that you can see your improvements in a short period of time. This means, that in just 5 to 10 classes, you can change your practice, for the better.
We have a number of students we work with on a short-term basis to complement what they are doing in public /group classes, in addition to students who prefer long-term, one-on-one classes.
No matter what your goals are, we'll work with you to make them a reality!

We are offering a 1-hour initial yoga session for $100 (savings of $20)!
This includes a pre-meeting survey to share goals, injuries / pertinent medical history, and allows us to understand what you are looking for.
In our hour together, we will move through poses that help you towards your goal. We’ll look at any compensations, misalignments, and offer a plan on how to continue to support you as your move towards your goals (valid on all new bookings until April 30, 2019).
