I live in the building, and was excited to learn that yoga classes were available just an elevator ride away. No excuse not to go in the winter ;)
What are one or two things that your LOVE about practicing with Liberty Life Yoga?
Attention to detail, especially in regards to alignment. I also greatly appreciate that the yoga is accessible for people who have spent years doing various sports; some classes pay attention to areas often in need of stretching, or its challenging enough to get you heart pumping and a small sweat going.
What pose are you currently working with? Your favourite pose? Or a pose that you are finding challenging? Why?
Half moon I find challenging. The balance, concentration and strength required target what I consider to be weaker parts of my body. The leg and glute muscles that kick in, while opening the hips (which are very tight for me) presents a full body challenge for me.

Started doing Yoga when I was 17, and have practiced on and off since then. I was on the Bikram Yoga train for a year or two, and then moved into Iyengar, which I practiced for years while also trying Pilates, Barre. I moved to Toronto 5 years ago, and had not done any yoga until Liberty Life.
